Antioxidant Orange Choco Balls

Your new favorite sweet snack is here! These balls are crammed full of nuts, coconut, dates, orange and cocoa

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS (serves 10-12 balls)

-1 cup unsalted almonds

- ½ cup unsalted cashews

- ¾ cup 100% cocoa powder*

- 6 medjool dates, pitted and finely chopped

- 1 orange, zest

- 1 tbsp orange juice

- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

- ¼ cup maple syrup

- ⅛ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend the almonds and cashews in a food processor or high powered blender into a fine meal

  2. Add remaining ingredients until you get a crumbly mixture that sticks together

  3. Form bite sized balls and store on a plate in the fridge. Enjoy!
